Going Mobile

Yes that's right - If you have heard any whispers then here it is from the horses mouth, so to speak.......

In the meantime it's BUISINESS AS USUAL

From April 16th 2012 we will be closing our Studio based pottery painting and going Mobile..   This is a positive side step in our business and what I hope will enable me to visit you all so much easier than I currently can.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR YOU is that you can follow where we are and what we are doing by visiting the web site as usual or following this BLOG

We will  be based at a couple of locations on a regular basis so you can still pop in to a fixed venue to paint. During these sessions I will carry a basic selection of bisque with the option for you to request extra pieces online from our web site for me to have available for you on your stated visit date.
From April 24th 2012
Every Tuesday 1pm - 6pm @ Otford Village Hall

From April 26th 2012
Every Thursday 10am - 12noon - The Lodge Cafe @ the Stag for babies hand/foot prints

Host a Session: Get 4/5 mums together and I will come to you. Providing the total spending amounts to over £60, you the host will receive 10% commission towards your purchases. Minimum total spend will need to be £50 total.

Childrens Parties:  Have these in your own home or venue and I will come to you. Once the painting is all done, it's over to you for your party games & food. Available from 1st May 2012.

Pre School Settings: We can visit your setting to do handprints/ footprints/ fingerprints or general painting. This can be great for making special mothers/fathers day gifts. Don't forget your fingerprint baubles at Xmas  (make some profit for your pre-school) Get your date booked into my diary now for September onwards.

WEBSITE - We will be updating the website with all the mobile details/prices in the near future - but for the moment, we look forward to welcoming you into the studio for your pottry painting.

2012 - And it begins

Ok, so now i've had my fill of Christmas and the New Year and reality sets in of returning to the Studio and thinking about what 2012 will bring. What are our next events and what new things can we bring to the studio....

Well believe it or not, i have to start thinking about Valentines Day and those special items that you can paint for your loved ones...

I've already given you a taster with that wonderful heart plate that one of my customers painted, so here are a few more ideas..

I already have some small, medium & large heart plates in stock and small heart trinket boxes plus a very cute heart shape ring holder.

New Years Day

Today we visit London to watch the parade. All started of well with the weather being fairly mild. Chris, Tom, Dee, Joanna and my great nephews Alfie & Harvey found a nice spot to view the parade from and where the boys could get a good view. Excitement gathered in the boys and it was not long before the sound of the bands started to be heard in the distance. Brightly coloured costumes, cute little ponies, noisy mini steam engines and loud bands all passed by with lots of waving and 'Hapy New Year' yells.

Then came the rain and we all felt so sorry for the young people in the parade getting cold & wet but still trying to put on a big brave smile and carry on...  eventually the rain got the better of us and it was time to find somwhere dry to warm up and munch on a much needed pastie.

Back home and so pleased that we made the effort to get out for the day.. yes it rained... but we still had a great time.
